PERSONALIZED WEB-STORES

Order forms are a thing of the past! Make ordering products for your event, team, school or staff a breeze. We can create a custom site offering multiple products and designs tailored to your needs. No longer will you have to deal with the stress of collecting sizes and chasing individuals down for payment. To make things even better, purchases can be shipped directly to your customers or individually bagged making distribution seamless.

DOES A STORE FIT YOUR NEEDS?

While we would love to setup a store for all our customers, sometimes a traditional transaction is all that is needed. Stores are intended to reach a much larger audience and help facilitate order taking, money collection and distribution. If you are needing to place an order for less than 75pc, know the sizes needed to fulfill your order, only offering one product or have an event taking place within four weeks a store is not right for you. Stores make life easier; however, there is a lot of time spent on the backend getting everything set up properly. In addition to extra time, there are additional processing fees that you are subject to. Simply meaning items in the store are listed at a higher price point than if you were to purchase the product outright. When setting up a custom apparel store Finishline Prints runs the risk of the store flopping or under performing based off initial expectations. To reach some level of protection we base our pricing at a 24pc breakeven point.

FAQ

After our initial consultation to determine whether the store qualifies, we will present a list of suggested items with our price points attached. You may choose from that list or request additional products out of our apparel catalog. We try to limit stores to 24 unique pieces of apparel with multiple color options when available. A store will normally consist of two screen printed and one embroidered design. It typically takes 3-5 business days to get the site up and ready to start collecting sales. In our experience, the most successful stores run for a two-week duration. During that time, it is important to contact and market to your potential buyers. Once the store reaches its end date, we collect all product/sizing information and go into bulk production. No additional items can be added past this point.  Once all production is completed (8-10 business days) we will group together individual orders and package them for distribution.

We try to limit individual stores to 24 unique pieces of apparel. You may offer additional color options in each style if applicable. We have discovered that buyers can become overwhelmed if there are too many products to choose from and will often decline to purchase anything if they reach this buyers dilemma.

Yes, you may choose specific products upon request. However, we highly recommend that you use as many of our suggested items as possible. We keep a close eye on inventory levels for those products and have better knowledge of their printing capabilities.

We will provide you an up-front cost for all the apparel offered in the store. From there you tell us how much you would like to make per item sold. Typically, we add about $4 to the cost of each item but that amount can fluctuate depending on your audience or fundraising goals. Stores are required to reach a collective of 50 items sold to qualify for payout. These do not need to be the same print or shirt style, just the total amount of items sold. For example, if your site sells 50 items at a fundraising profit of $4 per item. You will receive a check once all orders are processed for $200.

Store durations can range and is ultimately up to the customer to decide. In our experience two weeks works the best. This give people ample time to place their orders and those that purchased at the beginning from waiting too long to receive product. Keep in mind we do not produce any apparel until the store is closed.

We can arrange for stores to stay open indefinitely and operate in a print on demand fashion. However, they are not able to be run as fundraisers and apparel is limited to embroidery or DTG capable products.

This will depend on what part of the store life cycle you purchased in. Unfortunately, those that purchase at the beginning of a stores opening will still have to wait for the close date before production is initiated. We try our best to educate and make all customers aware of when they will receive their product. Typically, you can find and expected ship date stated on the sites introductory message as well as receipts.

You may offer multiple designs with some limitations. We tend to offer two screen printed designs and one option for embroidered apparel.

Due to fundraising purposes and the customization of individual orders, there are no returns available and all sales are final.
